Plant-room log

A log the operator can show NSW Health

Readings, equipment register, service records, monthly export. Monitoring only — it never changes a set-point. Ask for access.

What it does

ForWhat they see
TechniciansA phone form: readings checked against the NSW limits as they are typed; service and fault records; equipment register
Operators and facility managersEach pool's latest free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, temperature; 7- and 30-day trends; open service items
AquaXAcross sites: what needs attention, what is due, lamp hours, probe age

What it never does

It does not change a set-point, start a pump or dose anything. It reads; people decide. The data belongs to the facility operator and exports to CSV at any time.

Limits used

Public Health Regulation 2022 Schedule 1 and the NSW Health Guidelines of 12 August 2026: free chlorine minima by pool type and pH; combined chlorine 1.0 mg/L; pH 7.0–7.8; alkalinity 80–200 mg/L; cyanuric acid outdoor only, 50 mg/L maximum; temperature 38 °C maximum; turbidity below 1.0 NTU.

Access is by invitation while it is in its first version. Ask us and we will set up your sites.
