Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and the log data belongs to the facility operator.
This website
The contact form collects the details you type and sends them to jack.yao@aquax.com.au. We do not run advertising trackers. Hosting provider logs (IP address, pages requested) are kept by the host for security.
The plant-room log
Readings, equipment and service records entered into the log belong to the facility operator who owns the site. AquaX sees them to provide the service and to produce aggregated, de-identified statistics. Data can be exported or deleted on request.
