Founder
Jack Yao spent six years in management at a water-treatment distributor in China — the full range of a global manufacturer's pumps, UV and treatment equipment, with P&L, service and procurement responsibility — before returning to Sydney in 2025. He holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle. AquaX is self-funded.
How we work
- We don't design. We review, help the consultant specify, supply through the contractor, and keep the log.
- Every opportunity is registered with the manufacturer; we don't sell around a customer's existing contractor.
- Brand and model details are shared on request while authorisations are finalised.
- The data in the log belongs to the facility operator.
